Conflict Analysis over Alsafsafa project

As land registration is an extremely complicated issue in Libya, a project was launched to analyze the dispute over Alsafsafa project in Benghazi, where round table meetings were set with the presence of several officials in government entities at the local level in Benghazi and the National. Also, the sessions were attended by representatives from the agricultural sector, real estate registration department, and state property, in addition to the attendance of heads of offices and departments of some other sectors, such as Urban Planning، and other legal, university professors, and those interested in the subject. The conflict was analyzed to reach outputs and recommendations that may contribute to developing appropriate solutions that are commensurate with the form and nature of the conflict based on it.
