Based on one of Tanmia 360’s institutional goals  to enhance the role of youth in comprehensive national development, a number of 14 young participants with leadership skills were selected from different backgrounds between 18 and 25 years old in 2019, with the aim of educating and preparing them to have a role in improving the level of government services and reducing the level of unemployment, in addition to enhancing their role in achieving stability and enabling them to create a knowledge base and framework to link the aspects discussed in the program sessions.  Two cycles were executed in 2019.

Edrak 360 Youth program was funded by the United States Institute of Peace (USIP).

An interactive entrepreneurship training and social innovation sessions for youth aged between 16 - 19 years old, where more than 100 secondary school students, both males, and females, from socio-economically disadvantaged communities across Benghazi benefitted from this program.

This program was funded by the European Union, in collaboration with the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

This program played an important and effective role in enhancing the efficiency of participating civil society organizations, expanding their knowledge base, and highlighting the importance of collaborative work. Members of CSOs and activists participated in equal opportunities for both genders. To enhance the training experience in the program, participants applied what  they learned in projects they worked on during the program, which were showcased at the  end of the program. 



During the first edition of Mubadara 360 in 2019, training sessions were held on five key topics: Institutional Management, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Financial Management, and Evaluation and Monitoring

Riada 360 focuses on developing the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Benghazi by empowering entrepreneurs (mainly youth, aspiring entrepreneurs, and early-stage businesses) with the knowledge, tools, and support services necessary to act as agents of economic growth in their communities.
Riada 360 program is composed of two tracks:
The first track is the social entrepreneurs' program that we aim to launch soon. The second track is composed of three subprograms, Riada 360 Asas (Foundation), Riada 360 Israr (Determination) and Riada 360 Wusoul (Arrival).

However, in 2023, a new version was launched entitled “Riada 360 Jadwa (Feasibility)”
