This project aimed to broaden the horizons of targeted students and encourage them to build their own perspectives. Lasting for 3 months, the project trained 65 students from more than 8 schools, covering significant topics such as Mental Health, and the importance of Art and Sports to enhance their thinking, research, and debating skills. It provided them with the opportunity to share their stories, ideas, experiences, and knowledge with peers from around the world. 

This project was funded by Tanmia 360, in collaboration with the Stevens Initiative, the Aspen Institute, and the Global Nomads Group.

A unique and new experience for high school students from both public and private schools to reinforce the importance of cultural exchange between students in Libya and their fellow colleagues from all over the world

A series of dialogue sessions on election violence and its mitigation, as well as the involvement of community policing in securing the electoral process, were held in Benghazi. These dialogue sessions targeted various civil society organizations and the police force, ensuring equal opportunities for male and female youth. 
This project concluded with an initiative proposed by the participants, encompassing the outcomes of the dialogue and the agreements that will serve as a significant reference for protecting elections and preventing election violence. The project succeeded in embedding concepts of limitation and prevention of election violence and played a crucial role in enhancing communication and trust between societal segments and authorities, particularly the Ministry of Interior, who collectively emphasized on the importance of collaboration among concerned parties for swift responses to election violence. 

This project was funded by the United States Institute of Peace and in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior, in partnership with the High National Election Commission and the Civil Society Commission.

As land registration is an extremely complicated issue in Libya, a project was launched to analyze the dispute over Alsafsafa project in Benghazi, where round table meetings were set with the presence of several officials in government entities at the local level in Benghazi and the National. Also, the sessions were attended by representatives from the agricultural sector, real estate registration department, and state property, in addition to the attendance of heads of offices and departments of some other sectors, such as Urban Planning، and other legal, university professors, and those interested in the subject. The conflict was analyzed to reach outputs and recommendations that may contribute to developing appropriate solutions that are commensurate with the form and nature of the conflict based on it.

This Project was funded by UNDP, in collaboration with UNITAR.

The program aimed to enhance their leadership skills and raise awareness about public affairs, and addressed issues such as dealing with misleading information and hate speech prevalent in the media. 
During this program, four training courses were conducted covering topics in law, economics, public administration, international relations, conflict analysis, and their connection to hate speech and misleading information in the digital society. Each of these courses extended over 5 training days, followed by a final day to present the projects developed by participants, reflecting the extent of their gained knowledge and experience. 

This version of Edrak 360 was funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), in collaboration with the American Bar Association (ABA)

Derived from one of Tanmia 360's strategic priorities to promote environmental sustainability and raise awareness, Mubadara 360 program was launched in its new version for the year 2023 under the title “Environment,” which worked to raise the efficiency of civil society organizations specialized in the environment field to work sustainably, and enhance collaboration and community participation between government entities, organizations and the community, by the rehabilitation of a public park in Alrhaba area in city of Benghazi.

To bridge the gap between government entities, CSOs, and the community, Tanmia360 launched this program to rehabilitate a public park in a densely populated area in Benghazi to achieve social cohesion.

In this version of Mubadara 360 program,  a 6 day workshop took place, where 10 cycles were implemented over a 1-year duration training, hosting, supporting and funding some of 250 local civil society representatives.

The Mubadara 360 curriculum and toolkit were developed and delivered by experienced instructors and were designed to increase participants’ acumen in the five relevant areas: institutionalized work (administration), strategic planning, projects management, financial management (i.e. budgeting and financial control), and quality management (i.e. monitoring and evaluation). The success of the curriculum was measured through pre and post-project surveys.  Mubadara 360 also provided participants with access to Tanmia 360’s expansive network of local authorities and decision-makers, and even an international network through the Tanmia 360 Alumni Community. 

This program was funded by the European Union, in collaboration with IOM.


In 2020, a new version of Mubadara 360 program was launched with 10 cycles implemented over a 1-year duration  leading to a total of 250 local civil society representatives trained, hosted, supported, and some funded.
